SUMMARY

Our client, a reputable automotive dealership in Centurion, is seeking an experienced and driven Used Car Sales Executive to join their sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving vehicle sales targets, delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong customer relationships, and maximising profitability through the sale of quality pre-owned vehicles.

Description

• Sell used vehicles while achieving maximum gross profit.
• Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Follow up on all sales leads and enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure accurate completion of all sales documentation.
• Maintain customer records and Customer Lifecycle Programme (CLP) activities.
• Promote customer retention and repeat business.

Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Minimum of 3 years' proven experience in used vehicle sales.
• Fluent in both English and Afrikaans.
• Valid driver's licence.
• Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Office and dealership systems.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a target-driven environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience with or product knowledge of Land Rover and Jaguar vehicles.
• Experience within a premium or luxury automotive dealership environment.
