Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of Android applications using Kotlin and modern frameworks such as Compose
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features
• Mentor and guide junior developers within the team
• Integrate applications with external APIs and data sources
• Ensure applications are stable, scalable, and high performing
• Drive continuous improvement by evaluating and implementing new technologies
• Work closely with designers to deliver intuitive and engaging user experiences

Job Experience and Skills Required

• Education: Relevant degree or diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Experience:
• Proven experience as a Senior or Lead Android Developer
• Experience leading or mentoring development teams
• Strong track record of delivering production‑ready mobile applications
• Technical Skills:
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Android development
• Experience with Jetpack Compose
• Understanding of mobile design principles and user experience best practices
• Experience working with RESTful APIs and JSON
• Version control experience (Git)
• Additional Requirements:
• Strong problem‑solving and debugging skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑driven environment
