Vulnerability Management Analyst (AI Training)

We're looking for experienced security practitioners to help evaluate and improve AI systems that reason about real-world cybersecurity challenges. Your hands-on knowledge of vulnerability management, exposure analysis, and remediation will directly shape how AI understands and navigates modern security operations.

What You'll Do
- Analyze vulnerability reports, CVEs, and exposure scenarios across infrastructure and applications
- Classify severity, exploitability, and business impact — and evaluate remediation strategies
- Review and assess patching, mitigation, and risk prioritization decision-making scenarios
- Generate, label, and validate realistic security-reasoning data used to train and benchmark AI systems
- Help AI think like an experienced security analyst — not just recite theory
Who You Are
- 2+ years of experience in vulnerability management, security operations, or infrastructure security
- Solid working knowledge of CVEs, vulnerability scanners, and patching workflows
- Familiar with risk prioritization frameworks and how to balance theoretical vs. real-world risk
- A clear, structured thinker who can explain security reasoning in writing
- Comfortable working independently and asynchronously
Nice to Have
- Experience with tools like Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, or similar platforms
- Background in cloud security, DevSecOps, or enterprise infrastructure
- Familiarity with CVSS scoring, EPSS, or exposure management frameworks
- Prior experience in AI training, annotation, or red teaming
