A VACANCY EXISTS IN THE MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT IN PLANT 1 FOR A PRODUCTION MANAGER

Primary purpose of the job

To carry prime responsibility/accountability for managing the Press/Assembly Part Manufacturing in all its facets, including the infrastructure to support the process, to ensure that customer requirements are fulfilled through cost effective resource utilisation, schedules and quality.

Minimum Requirements

• Degree in Production or Operations management
• Lean Manufacturing Principles
• Computer Literacy focus on MS Excel
• IATF 16949 Std
• Management principles
• Leadership principles
• Total Quality Management
• Quality Core Tools
• Supply Chain principles
• Measurement Analysis
• 5+ years’ experience in automotive manufacturing
• 5+ Years’ experience in a management role related to automotive manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of automated production systems and robotics.
