Small Business Unit Manager

We are recruiting for a Small Business Unit Manager in Cape Town.

• Responsible for measuring, reporting, maintaining and improving the performance of the business unit
• Responsible for formally responding to customer complaints/ information
• Providing operational information to the area manager and schedules department
• Counsel and discipline staff regarding their performance
• Inform public regarding service details and Clipcards
• Depot administration
• Manage and control systems (Drive-cam, professional driving permit and accident reports)
• Plan and organise new services
• Attend passenger forum meetings

• Minimum 5 years supervisory / company official experience
• Diploma or studying towards relevant Diploma in Transport Economics, Operations or Business
• Relevant Degree (advantageous)
• A valid driver’s licence
• Must be prepared to work irregular hours when required
