Bookkeeping Manager/supervisor

The Bookkeeping Manager / Supervisor is responsible for leading the accounting function at Recro, ensuring exceptional delivery of bookkeeping, payroll, and tax services to our clients. This role combines technical leadership, operational oversight, and business development.

Requirements include:

• Chartered Accountant (CA(SA)) or similar accounting qualification preferred
• Alternatively: strong accounting background with significant practice experience
• 5+ years experience in accounting practice
• Experience overseeing bookkeeping, payroll, and tax functions
• Leadership or management experience within an accounting team
• Experience with cloud accounting systems (especially Xero)
