Site Agent

A leading opportunity exists for a Site Agent in Cape Town with our client, requiring a strong site leader capable of managing complex construction operations from ground level to completion.

Candidate Profile

• Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
• Minimum 7–10 years’ experience in construction with strong site exposure
• Solid knowledge of construction drawings, methods, and specifications
• Experience managing site teams and subcontractor performance
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with JBCC contracts and safety compliance requirements
