Requirements
- Strong administrative, organizational, and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with professional phone and email etiquette and strong client-service orientation.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents, data entry, and basic financial or billing information.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a professional services environment, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Relevant qualification such as a diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in an accounting, audit, legal, or professional consulting firm is an advantage.
