Quantity Surveyor

Our client is seeking a professional Quantity Surveyor to join their Durban based team. The ideal candidate will need to have strong commercial private sector experience and advanced technical cost management capability.

Requirements

• Professionally registered with SACQSP or RICS (or well advanced in registration)
• Minimum 5 years’ commercial Quantity Surveying experience
• Strong private sector exposure (hotels, offices, retail, multi-storey residential)
• Experience with WinQS and Dim X is essential
• Solid understanding of JBCC contracts
• Strong numerical accuracy and commercial acumen
• Demonstrated emotional intelligence and stakeholder engagement capability
