Solar Operations & Maintenance Supervisor

An exciting opportunity exists for a skilled Solar Operations & Maintenance Supervisor to join our client’s renewable energy team in Johannesburg. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing technical teams, and ensuring optimal performance across solar PV installations.

Minimum Requirements

• National Diploma, BTech, Trade Test, or equivalent technical qualification.
• Qualification in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or a related discipline.
• 5 years’ experience within the solar PV operations and maintenance environment.
• Demonstrated supervisory experience within a technical field environment.
• Solid understanding of utility-scale and commercial solar technologies.
