Portfolio Manager

A leading property management organisation is seeking an experienced and driven Portfolio Manager to join its growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a property professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a strong understanding of community scheme and sectional title management.

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in sectional title, HOA, or property portfolio management.

Solid understanding of the Sectional Titles Schemes Management Act (STSMA), CSOS regulations, and relevant property legislation.

Experience managing trustees, committees, and stakeholder relationships.

Strong financial acumen with exposure to budgeting and financial reporting.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management systems.

Valid driver's licence and own reliable transport.
