Our client is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their dynamic team in Centurion.

  1. Act as primary administrative support for the sales team: prepare quotes, proposals, contracts, and sales documents.
  2. Process sales orders and enter data accurately in the ERP systems.
  3. Track order status, coordinate with production/warehouse/shipping, and provide timely updates to customers and sales reps.
  4. Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email; resolve routine issues or escalate when needed.
  5. Schedule meetings, sales calls, and demos; manage sales calendars.
  6. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards for managers.
  7. Maintain and update customer records, pricing lists, and product information in CRM.
  8. Assist with onboarding new customers and coordinating contract renewals.
  9. Identify process improvement opportunities to increase efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  1. Ideally diploma in business, marketing or related field.
  2. Ideally 3-5 years of experience in sales support, account coordination or customer service.
  3. Proficiency with MS Office (Word, excel and PowerPoint)
  4. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  5. Proactive, solution-oriented, and able to take responsibility and ownership on tasks allocated.
  6. Ideally currently living in Centurion or not too far from Company.

R12000-R15000 CTC
