TOGAF Enterprise Architect

Time Quantum has been requested to source TOGAF certified architects who have been involved in the development of 5-year Master Systems Plans for corporate entities before.

The Plan to be developed must provide:

• strategic direction for enterprise systems
• digital transformation
• enterprise architecture
• technology governance
• cybersecurity capability
• infrastructure planning
• information management and
• implementation priorities.

Scope of Work:

• assess current business, governance and technology environment
• engage stakeholders to determine organisational oriorities, challenges and future requirements
• evaluate enterprise systems, infrastructure, cybersecurity and operational capabilities
• assess governance, information management and digital capability maturity
• develop a future-state enterprise architecture
• develop an five-year implementation roadmap

The methodology to be used should align with the TOGAF frameworkstandards and good practices

TOGAF certified architects with recent hands-on experience in the develoment of Master Systems Plans.

Negotiable based on previous applicable experience and qualifications other than TOGAF.
