Senior Pavement Engineer

Our client is seeking an accomplished Senior Pavement Engineer to join their growing infrastructure team in Pretoria. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly experienced professional with a strong background in pavement and materials engineering, road infrastructure projects, and multidisciplinary project leadership. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality transportation projects while providing technical guidance and leadership to project teams.

Minimum Requirements

• BSc, BEng, or BTech Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Registered with ECSA as a Professional Engineer or Professional Engineering Technologist.
• SACPCMP registration (e.g. Pr.CPM) will be advantageous.
• Minimum 15 years’ post-qualification experience in pavement and materials engineering.
• Proven experience on SANRAL and Provincial roads projects.
• Strong knowledge of GCC, NEC, FIDIC, and similar contract forms.
• Experience with engineering design and project management software.
• Sound understanding of COTO, COLTO, SANS, TMH, TRH, SABITA, and related standards.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and team management skills.
