SUMMARY

A hands-on Electrical Foreman is required to lead site teams, drive installation quality, and ensure electrical projects are delivered safely, on time, and to standard.

This role is ideal for a strong leader with solid technical grounding in electrical systems and site execution. You will oversee installation teams, coordinate daily site activities, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards across projects.

You’ll be the bridge between management and the workforce — ensuring jobs get done properly, efficiently, and without excuses.

Education

• Trade Test Electrician (essential)
• Wireman’s Licence (advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required

• 5+ years’ experience in electrical installation and site supervision
• Strong experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and schematics
• Solid knowledge of wiring, panels, and distribution systems
• Strong leadership and team management capability

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and to specification
• Read and implement electrical drawings and plans
• Enforce safety standards and compliance on site
• Monitor quality of workmanship and resolve technical issues
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, and contractors
