Junior Supervisor

Your areas of responsibility

• Assist in supervising and coordinating daily production activities.
• Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.
• Support the implementation of production schedules and targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
• Identify and report production issues, assisting in problem-solving and process improvement.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports.
• Support training and guidance of production staff.
• Collaborate with maintenance, quality, and logistics teams.

Qualifications and Skills we are looking for

• Diploma or Degree in Chemical Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 2–4 years’ experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferably lubricants or chemicals).
• Basic understanding of production processes and quality control.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and basic supervisory skills with the ability to manage small teams.
• Computer literate, with knowledge of operating systems, e.g. SAP.
