HR GENERALIST / HR BUSINESS PARTNER
Salary: R25 000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Our client, a well-established national FMCG company, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join their Head Office based in Clairwood, Durban.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with management, supporting operational teams, and driving HR best practices within a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.

The successful candidate will be a strong HR generalist with proven experience across the full employee lifecycle, labour relations, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and HR business partnering.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
✔ Relevant HR qualification
✔ Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a generalist HR role
✔ Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) capacity
✔ Previous experience within a Manufacturing / Production / FMCG environment preferred
✔ Experience working with labour brokers and outsourced workforce providers
✔ Experience managing large staff complements
✔ Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices
✔ Strong employee relations and disciplinary experience
✔ Experience supporting operational management teams
