Outbound Sales Agents - Randburg

If you have insurance sales experience, this one is for you. We are hiring purpose-driven outbound sales agents for campaign based in Randburg.

What You Will Be Doing

  • Call with purpose – Engage clients telephonically to offer funeral insurance policies that give families peace of mind
  • Own the conversation – Talk through sensitive topics with empathy and guide people toward smart, informed decisions
  • Hit your targets – Bring your A-game every day and exceed your monthly goals Stay sharp – Educate clients on policy options, benefits, and burial plans clearly and confidently

Non-Negotiable: What You Need to Have

  • Minimum 1 year of insurance sales experience
  • Strong, consistent track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Knowledge of policy structures, benefit payouts, and FAIS compliance
  • Matric (Grade 12) is required.

Skills That’ll Set You Apart

  • Fluent in English (another South African language is a plus)
  • Natural on the phone—calm, clear, and persuasive
  • Comfortable discussing sensitive matters with compassion and professionalism
  • Confident using CRM tools, Microsoft Office and call centre software
