Purpose of the Job

Responsible for planning, organising, and managing project scope and phases in alignment with the project mandate.

Required Qualifications

• Project Management certification.
• Bachelor's Degree or National Diploma in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of project management experience
• 3+ years of experience managing the full product lifecycle, with knowledge of development processes and technology methodologies.

• Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timelines.
• Develop project plans, allocate resources, and monitor progress.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
• Provide reporting and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Support account management activities and departmental projects.
• Maintain effective relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement through project management best practices.
