SUMMARY
Key Performance arrears
- Manage CEO’s communication and act as an escalation point for all matters brought to the Office of the CEO
- Advise the CEO on the entity’s strategic direction, business, and financial performance, and governance and operational risk matters that may impact the organization
- Interface with the CEO’s direct reports to understand the operating environment and assess prioritizing focus areas
- Provide strategic advisory services and support to the CEO
- Provide intellectual in strategy and policy discussions
- Participate in Board and Executive meetings of the company and coordinate the quarterly EXCO planning process
- Coordinate weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting responsibilities of the Office of the CEO
- Support the CEO with planning and execution
- Ensure alignment with government priorities
- Effectively communicate the businesses’ strategic objectives with the senior management to drive the business forward
- Manage knowledge information appropriately so that it is available for other staff

Requirements
- Must be a mature businessperson and/ or executive of impeccable integrity and ethical leadership
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and between 5 to 8 years of experience in Business Management/ Project Management or related field
- A postgraduate qualification will be of advantage
- Must have intellectual rigor to understand and resolve complex issues
- Outstanding organizational skills
- A record of success in developing business plans and procedures
- Sound people management skills and experience
- Proven track record of performing within a diverse and dynamic internal and external environment and diverse teams
- Proven ability to interpret financial information, performance matrices, related data and clearly communicate the findings
- In-depth knowledge of corporate governance principles, King IV code, Companies Act and managerial best practices
