SUMMARY

Our client is seeking an experienced

Customer Care and Operations Manager to oversee warehouse, distribution, and customer service operations. This role is responsible for driving operational efficiency, inventory control, on-time deliveries, customer satisfaction, and team performance.

Minimum requirements

• Matric
• Relevant qualification in Logistics, Warehousing, or Supply Chain Management
• 10+ years' warehousing and distribution experience
• 5+ years' management experience
• FMCG/distribution industry experience advantageous
• Syspro or similar ERP experience essential
• Valid driver's licence
• Strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse and distribution operations
• Ensure inventory accuracy and OTIF deliveries
• Lead and develop operational teams
• Drive customer service excellence
• Manage budgets, costs, and process improvements
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and warehouse regulations
