Marketing Assistant

POSITION INFO

We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail‑oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team in Bloemfontein. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for content creation, social media management, and supporting marketing campaigns to grow the company’s online presence.

Key Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (NQF4)
• 1–3 years’ experience in marketing, social media management, or a similar role
• Graphic design experience (advantageous)
• Diploma, Degree, or Certificate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, or related field
• Strong computer skills
• Valid driver’s license & own transport

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow the company’s social media platforms
• Create and publish engaging content while maintaining brand consistency
• Monitor audience engagement and industry trends
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and events
• Assist with planning, coordination, and execution of marketing projects
• Analyse performance metrics to ensure marketing activities align with business objectives
