An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and driven Sales Manager to join a well-established and rapidly growing business solutions company based in Pietermaritzburg.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales leader with a strong background in office automation, telecommunications, IT solutions, managed services, print solutions, or related industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading, coaching, motivating, and growing a high-performing sales team while driving revenue growth across the Pietermaritzburg to Newcastle region.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals
- Drive sales performance and achievement of regional revenue targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies
- Monitor team activity, pipeline management, and conversion rates
- Conduct regular sales coaching, training, and performance reviews
- Identify new business opportunities and strategic growth areas
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support key account management and major client negotiations
- Analyse sales reports, market trends, and competitor activity
- Ensure accurate forecasting and reporting
- Foster a positive, high-performance sales culture
Minimum Requirements
- 3+ years of proven Sales Management experience within the Office Automation, Telecommunications, IT, Print, or related industry
- Matric qualification. A relevant tertiary qualification will be an advantage
- Strong track record of leading and developing successful sales teams
- Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Strong business development and relationship management skills
- Commercially astute with strong negotiation skills
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
