An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join a well-established and growing organisation based in Cato Ridge.

This role is ideal for a hands-on accounting professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of financial processes while leading and supporting a small finance team.

🔶 Minimum Requirements:
✔ Relevant Accounting qualification
✔ Proven experience in a similar Accountant role
✔ Strong proficiency in accounting software
✔ Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
✔ Experience managing and developing staff
✔ Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
✔ Strong communication and organisational abilities

💼 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Full accounting function
✔ Financial reporting and reconciliations
✔ Budgeting and financial analysis
✔ Cash flow management
✔ Ensuring compliance with financial policies and procedures
✔ Managing and supporting a team of 3 employees

💰 Package:
✔ R30 000 – R40 000 per month
✔ Negotiable based on skills and experience
