POSITION INFO

We are currently partnering with a range of clients to identify and engage with Senior Human Resources professionals based in Gauteng who are ready to take on strategic, operational, and leadership-focused HR opportunities.

This is a talent acquisition initiative (not tied to a single vacancy) aimed at experienced HR professionals who have operated at a senior level and are looking to explore new career opportunities within dynamic and evolving business environments.

We are seeking individuals with strong HR leadership capability, business partnering experience, and a proven track record of driving people strategies that support organisational performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end HR strategies aligned with business objectives
• Partner with senior leadership to drive organisational effectiveness and workforce planning
• Oversee employee relations, compliance, and HR governance frameworks
• Manage talent acquisition, performance management, and succession planning initiatives
• Drive HR transformation, culture development, and employee engagement strategies

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or related field (postgraduate advantageous)
• Minimum 6+ years’ HR experience, with exposure at senior or HR management level
• Strong experience in HR business partnering or HR leadership roles
• Solid knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR compliance frameworks
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change
• Strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills
• Experience across multiple HR disciplines including ER, OD, and talent management
