POSITION INFO
Key Skills & Experience Required
- Strong experience implementing and supporting Sage X3 ERP
- Solid understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Distribution modules
- Business process analysis and optimisation experience
- Requirements gathering and solution design
- Configuration and customisation of Sage X3
- Experience with Sage X3 development tools and 4GL scripting
- Data migration, integration, and system upgrades
- User training and stakeholder engagement
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Report writing and dashboard development
- Knowledge of SQL databases and database management
- Experience working on ERP implementation projects
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Project management and documentation experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Relevant IT, Finance, Supply Chain, or Business degree/diploma
- Sage X3 certifications advantageous
- Experience within manufacturing, distribution, retail, or financial services environments
