BHD is looking for a motivated and organized Administrative Project Assistant to join our team.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about administration, enjoys working in a team environment, and is looking for a long-term career with opportunities for growth and development.
The position is full-time office based, located in Gqeberha.

Key Responsibilities
• Assist with daily administrative and project coordination tasks.
• Create, update, and manage project tickets and task lists.
• Follow up with clients regarding content, feedback, approvals, and project requirements.
• Schedule meetings and maintain project calendars.
• Keep project documentation organized and up to date.
• Monitor project deadlines and assist in ensuring tasks are completed on time.
• Communicate with developers, designers, and clients to help keep projects on track.
• Prepare project reports and status updates for management.
• Assist with website content uploads and basic quality checks when required.
• Manage emails, filing, and other administrative duties.
• Support the team with quotations, and general office administration as needed.
Requirements
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Previous administrative experience is advantageous - but not required.
