Project Manager / Site Agent

We are seeking a Project Manager/Site Agent to oversee flooring projects from initiation to completion. The successful candidate will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

• Project planning: Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
• Client liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction.
• Team leadership: Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Quality assurance: Monitor workmanship and compliance with specifications.
• Risk management: Identify potential issues and implement mitigation strategies.
• Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management.
• ISO: Monitor and implement of the 19001, 14001 and 45001 systems.

• Degree/Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in project management within construction or flooring applications.
• Strong knowledge of industrial flooring systems and construction processes.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Excellent in Office packages or similar tools.
