Role Overview

We are seeking a driven Sales Executive with proven SaaS or software industry experience to drive revenue growth, acquire new clients, and expand our footprint in the South African SME market. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect & qualify new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails & networking

• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs

• Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, proposal, negotiation, and closing deals

• Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs

• Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasting in CRM (RC Convergio)

• Build and nurture long-term client relationships to drive renewals and upsells

Requirements

• Minimum 2-4 years' B2B sales experience in SaaS, software, or technology industry (essential)

• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets

• Experience selling to SMEs in South Africa understanding of local market dynamics

• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales tools valid driver's license advantageous

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and resilient with excellent communication skills
