Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related discipline.
- 1 to 5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in Menswear, Ladieswear, Kidswear, or Lingerie categories.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong grasp of graphic design principles such as layout, typography, color theory, and brand identity.
- Experience designing for both digital and print media, with solid knowledge of print production processes and specifications.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct market and trend analysis, incorporating global and local influences into commercially viable design concepts.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively articulate ideas and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.
- Proven creativity and innovation in visual design with meticulous attention to detail.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality.
- Adaptability, teamwork, and a passion for retail and merchandising, capable of influencing stakeholder decisions.
Duties and Responsibilities
