This role offers a unique opportunity to operate across two exciting and diverse product segments— industrial solutions and consumer brands. You will be responsible for growing market share within adhesives, sealants, functional coatings, as well as household and personal care products including detergents, cleaners, and hair care.

The position is ideal for a commercially driven individual who enjoys engaging with a wide customer base, from industrial clients to retail and distribution channels. You’ll play a key role in developing business opportunities, building relationships, and delivering tailored product solutions to meet varying client needs.

Education

  • Diploma or Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Sales, or related field (advantageous)

Job Experience & Skills Required

  • Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in technical or FMCG/industrial sales
  • Experience with adhesives, sealants, coatings, or chemical-based products is highly advantageous
  • Exposure to consumer goods (detergents, cleaning products, personal care) is beneficial
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Strong understanding of both B2B and B2C sales environments
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage a diverse product portfolio and customer base
  • Commercially driven with strong business development skills
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth across industrial and consumer product lines
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and retailers
  • Identify new business opportunities in both industrial and consumer markets
  • Provide product knowledge and technical support to customers
  • Manage key accounts and expand existing business opportunities
  • Prepare and present quotations, proposals, and product solutions
  • Conduct market analysis and monitor competitor activity
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
