Maintenance Coordinator

  • Manage remedial works, ad-hoc requests, special instructions, and QIRs, including approvals, quotations, work coordination, invoicing, payment certification, and case tracking through Bitrix.
  • Oversee move-out and interim maintenance processes, coordinating site teams and subcontractors, obtaining approvals, managing job cards, and ensuring timely completion and invoicing.
  • Coordinate and monitor emergency maintenance cases, ensuring prompt resolution and adherence to SLA requirements.
  • Maintain and administer Bitrix workflows and reporting, ensuring all pipelines, cases, and operational reports are accurate, up to date, and effectively managed.
  • Manage warranty and service provider claims with suppliers ensuring efficient handling and resolution of in-warranty service requests.
  • Support systems, digital platforms, and administration, including website maintenance, social media management, IMS profile updates, Bitrix enhancements, and plotter administration.
  • Coordinate financial and contractual processes, including quotation approvals, invoice preparation, payment processing, and cost reporting.
  • Plan and coordinate corporate events, travel, and bookings, including rugby events, stakeholder functions, accommodation, transport, and associated administrative requirements.
