About The Role

We're looking for experienced management and leadership educators to help shape the next generation of AI. Your expertise in organizational behavior, decision-making, and leadership theory will directly influence how AI systems reason about real-world business challenges.

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role where your knowledge makes a measurable impact — without the constraints of a traditional academic schedule.

What You'll Do

• Review AI-generated management and leadership scenarios for accuracy and realism
• Evaluate AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations
• Provide clear, structured feedback that helps AI reason more like an experienced leader
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule

Who You Are

• 3+ years of experience teaching management or leadership at the postsecondary level
• Strong command of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks
• Skilled at evaluating decision-making quality and identifying logical tradeoffs
• Comfortable reading and critiquing written scenarios and AI-generated recommendations
• Self-directed and reliable with the ability to meet project deadlines independently

Nice to Have

• MBA or Master's degree in Management, Organizational Behavior, or a related field
• Real-world leadership, operations, or consulting experience
• Familiarity with AI tools or content evaluation workflows
