Reporting to the Senior Conceptual Designer

Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative interior design concepts for luxury hospitality projects, including hotels, resorts, branded residences, restaurants, and leisure destinations.
• Develop conceptual sketches, diagrams, and design studies that explore spatial relationships, aesthetics, and functionality.
• Create space planning layouts and guest journey concepts that align with operational requirements and luxury hospitality standards.
• Ensure all conceptual designs reflect international luxury hospitality standards while responding sensitively to local culture and context.
• Coordinate with visualization teams to develop high-quality renderings and presentation materials.
• Source and propose high-end materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, artwork, and bespoke design elements appropriate to the project concept.
• Coordinate with visualization teams to develop high-quality renderings and presentation materials.
• Participate in design workshops, client presentations, and stakeholder meetings to communicate and refine design proposals.
• Collaborate closely with architects, interior designers, operators, and consultants to ensure design concepts are integrated into the overall project vision.

Qualifications

• National Diploma in Interior Design or Higher

Skills

• Revit
• Hospitality Project experience (International experience preferred)
