SUMMARY

A leading organisation is seeking a commercially minded

Business Systems Analyst to help drive operational efficiency, process optimisation and digital transformation initiatives across the business.

Working closely with executive leadership and stakeholders across finance, operations, procurement, and HR functions, you will identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance reporting, automate manual activities and ensure business systems are delivering maximum value.

POSITION INFO

This role will act as the bridge between business and technology, translating operational requirements into practical system solutions while supporting integration, automation and continuous improvement projects.

Ideal candidates will have:

• A Degree/Diploma in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analysis or a similar related field
• 5+ years' experience in a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar role
• Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP or comparable enterprise systems
• Proven track record in business process improvement, systems optimisation and automation initiatives
• Exposure to systems integration, reporting tools and workflow solutions
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to work across business and technical teams
• Experience leading or supporting cross-functional projects from requirements gathering through implementation
