An exciting opportunity exists within a dynamic organisation operating in the Education and Training sector, delivering SETA-accredited programmes across multiple learning centres.
We are looking for a driven and experienced Project Manager to lead the successful rollout of training initiatives while ensuring compliance, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for planning, coordinating, and delivering training projects across various sites. You will play a key role in ensuring programmes are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with SETA and SAQA standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage training project rollouts across multiple centres
- Coordinate logistics, scheduling, and resource allocation
- Ensure compliance with SETA, SAQA, and ETQA requirements
- Manage stakeholder relationships including training providers and regulatory bodies
- Monitor quality and support assessment, moderation, and certification processes
- Manage budgets, procurement, and cost control
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management / Business / Education / Agriculture
- 3–5 years’ project management experience
- Experience in training, education, or SETA environment preferred
- Proven ability to manage multi-site projects
- Strong knowledge of SETA and SAQA frameworks
