The Role

We are looking for an experienced, driven External Sales Representative to grow our presence across assigned territories. You will own the full sales cycle: opening new business, deepening existing accounts, and selling tailored solutions from our market-leading linear motion portfolio. This is a field-based, customer-facing role for someone who combines technical credibility with commercial hunger.

What You'll Do

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business with industrial customers, OEMs, and distribution partners.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, understanding their technical needs and business challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of our linear motion products and engineered solutions to technical specifiers and decision-makers.
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive proposals, quotations, and supporting technical documentation.
  • Work closely with internal technical teams to ensure customer requirements are scoped and met.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Represent us at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.
  • Manage your pipeline and report on sales activity, forecasts, and market insights using Salesforce CRM.

What You'll Bring

  • Proven external sales experience, ideally within industrial automation, mechanical components, or motion-technology sectors.
  • Strong technical aptitude — able to understand engineered products and translate them into customer value.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A track record of building customer relationships and closing complex, solution-based sales.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
