Account Manager - Digital Advertising Sales

- Drive adoption and usage of a self-service sponsored advertising platform.
- Analyse campaign performance, sales metrics, and advertising data to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide clients with strategic, data-driven recommendations to improve advertising performance.
- Develop media plans and identify upselling opportunities for premium advertising solutions.
- Manage campaign implementation, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
- Monitor campaign performance and present results and insights to clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, brands, and internal stakeholders.
- Consistently achieve and exceed advertising revenue targets.
- Support the development of promotional and educational content to increase platform adoption.
- Assist with new client acquisition initiatives and growth strategies.
- Gather client feedback and contribute to ongoing platform improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance the customer experience.
- Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma preferred.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in digital advertising, media sales, account management, or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and online advertising solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
- Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with the confidence to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience within e-commerce, retail media, or advertising technology environments will be advantageous.
