Account Manager - Digital Advertising Sales

  • Drive adoption and usage of a self-service sponsored advertising platform.
  • Analyse campaign performance, sales metrics, and advertising data to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide clients with strategic, data-driven recommendations to improve advertising performance.
  • Develop media plans and identify upselling opportunities for premium advertising solutions.
  • Manage campaign implementation, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Monitor campaign performance and present results and insights to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers, brands, and internal stakeholders.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed advertising revenue targets.
  • Support the development of promotional and educational content to increase platform adoption.
  • Assist with new client acquisition initiatives and growth strategies.
  • Gather client feedback and contribute to ongoing platform improvements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and enhance the customer experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in digital advertising, media sales, account management, or B2B sales.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and online advertising solutions.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing client accounts.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical abilities with the confidence to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
  • Experience within e-commerce, retail media, or advertising technology environments will be advantageous.
