Our client is looking to employ a Production Team Leader based in Elsies River.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To plan, lead, organise, control and motivate the Production Team.
- To ensure that all team members are trained in and adhere to standard operating procedures and Health and Safety standards.
- To check the administration of every Production Job and present the reconciled paperwork to Finance daily
- Production documentation
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Grade 12 / Matric with Bachelor pass
- 3 - 5 years Production Factory Experience in Beauty / Food Pharmaceutical/ Manufacturing environment with 1 year Team Leadership expeprience
- Leading /Managing a team is prroduction environment
- Excel Intermediate skills
- Strong communication skills
