HR GENERALIST / HR BUSINESS PARTNER

Salary: R25 000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Our client, a well-established national FMCG company, is seeking an experienced HR Generalist / HR Business Partner to join their Head Office based in Clairwood, Durban.

This opportunity is ideal for a hands-on HR professional who enjoys partnering with management, supporting operational teams, and driving HR best practices within a fast-paced manufacturing and production environment.

The successful candidate will be a strong HR generalist with proven experience across the full employee lifecycle, labour relations, compliance, employee engagement, performance management, and HR business partnering.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Relevant HR qualification

Minimum 3–5 years' experience in a generalist HR role

Minimum 2 years' experience in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) capacity

Previous experience within a Manufacturing / Production / FMCG environment preferred

Experience working with labour brokers and outsourced workforce providers

Experience managing large staff complements

Sound knowledge of South African labour legislation and HR best practices

Strong employee relations and disciplinary experience

Experience supporting operational management teams
