Outbound Telesales Consultant

Outbound Telesales Consultant with Warranty/VAPS/Motor & Home Insurance or Credit Life Insurance sales experience in a call centre environment, required for start asap.

Responsibilities:

• Sell Motor Warranty Policies / Motor & Home Insurance Policies / VAPS products / Credit Life Products / Any other short term related products if required
• Upselling and cross selling of products
• Outbound sales
• Quotations
• Sales administration

Minimum requirements:

• Matric essential
• RE5 essential
• Outbound Sales experience in a call centre environment required – minimum 1-2 years
• Minimum 1-2 years’ previous experience in motor insurance /warranty / value added products preferred
• NQF4 Short Term Insurance qualification essential
• Proven sales track record in an outbound sales environment required
