Onboarding Assistant

We’re hiring an Onboarding Assistant to support one of our UK clients from our offices. Our client is a fast-growing umbrella payroll company providing compliant payroll services to temporary workers across multiple sectors, with a strong focus on construction.

This is a fast-paced, process-driven role where you’ll support contractor onboarding, manage worker queries, and ensure compliance. You’ll play a key role in keeping onboarding smooth, accurate, and efficient.

  • Guide new contractors through the onboarding and registration process.
  • Answer queries from workers via phone and email.
  • Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
  • Maintain up-to-date records in internal systems.
  • Support weekly administration and general office tasks.
  • Follow company processes and work towards KPIs.
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or administrative experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organised with attention to detail.
  • Confident using systems such as Excel and Outlook.
  • Professional, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Advantageous: Experience in recruitment, payroll, or umbrella payroll environments, and/or working with UK-based clients.
