Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Junior Software Tester who is passionate about quality and eager to build a career in software testing. • Execute manual testing of new features and system enhancements
• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and testing documentation
• Perform functional, exploratory, and regression testing
• Identify, reproduce, and document software defects clearly and accurately
• Validate system functionality across multiple client configurations
• Assist with release readiness and production deployment testing
• Collaborate closely with developers, product teams, and senior QA staff
• Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and quality standards
• Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field advantageous
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies
• Experience testing web-based applications
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking
• Ability to create clear bug reports and test documentation
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and grow
• 2+ years in QA, testing, or software validation
• Experience with SaaS or multi-tenant platforms
• Familiarity with GitHub and staging environments
• Exposure to Postman, Selenium, or Cypress
• Understanding of APIs and log analysis
• Exposure to accounting, payroll, HR, or financial systems
• Knowledge of Django environments and relational databases
