Vacancy – Business Development Manager
Raubex Academy is committed to developing skills and driving excellence within the construction and related industries. We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to grow relationships, build partnerships, and drive collaboration in training and development within the Raubex Group.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote the value proposition offered by the Academy.
- Manage and grow collaborative relationships, ensuring high retention and satisfaction.
- Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) to identify requirements and development opportunities.
- Pool Raubex Group training requirements into a cost-efficient schedule.
- Develop and manage an Annual Raubex Group Training Calendar.
- Develop and maintain all marketing collateral, website and social media.
- Organise and/or attend marketing-related events.
- Lead proposal development, costing and conclude transactions.
- Conduct market analysis and develop and implement collaboration strategies to drive uptake of the value proposition.
- Liaise with SETA bodies and industry organisations, collaborating closely with the internal Skills Development Practitioner.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports.

Education Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Relevant qualification in Marketing, Sales, or Business Management
- Strong computer literacy

- Relevant experience in marketing, communications, sales or business management.
