Livestock Manager

Fouriesburg / Bethlehem area – Free State: The person is responsible for the sustainable and profitable production of Bonsmara cattle from natural pastures, planted pastures and crop residues.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Agricultural Diploma/Degree advantageous.
• Previous Stud and commercial cattle farming experience essential.
• Min of 3 previous years’ experience in livestock farming.
• Strong stockmanship and passion for animals.
• Ability to AI advantageous.
• Computer literate.
• Maintenance orientated.
• Strong management and communication skills.
• Passionate, energetic, pro-active and independent.
• Ability to lead and work with a team.
• Valid driver’s license.
