Regional Retail Operations Leader

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven Regional Retail Operations Leade r to support our stores across the Western Cape. This role is focused on driving operational excellence, consistency, and risk management across multiple stores, ensuring that every branch delivers to our high standards of service, presentation, and performance.

As a trusted partner to our Business Leaders and store teams, you will play a key role in strengthening processes, identifying risks, and elevating execution across the region. Your ability to influence, guide, and hold teams accountable will ensure that our stores consistently operate at their best.

The Regional Retail Operations Leader role requires someone with strong operational experience, a high level of attention to detail, and the ability to work across multiple teams and environments. You are structured, proactive, and able to drive accountability while maintaining strong working relationships.

The ideal candidate for this role will be required to:

• Drive consistency across stores by strengthening and refining operational processes and standards.
• Work closely with Store Leaders to identify opportunities for improvement and implement practical, sustainable solutions.
• Conduct regular store visits, ensuring compliance with operational, safety, and presentation standards.
• Assess and improve the customer ordering experience, ensuring it is efficient, accurate, and aligned to our service expectations.
• Identify areas of risk and actively support stores in resolving them with urgency and attention to detail.
• Ensure stores are well maintained, appropriately stocked, and merchandised to the highest standard.
• Build strong relationships across the region, communicating clearly and effectively with all teams.
• Empower and guide store teams, helping them to build strong, long-term customer relationships.
• Continuously evaluate SOPs and ways of working, ensuring they remain relevant, practical, and consistently applied.
• Travel regularly to stores across the Western and Eastern Cape to maintain visibility, strengthen relationships, and support operational execution on the ground.
• You thrive in a role that requires visibility across the business, enjoy being in stores, and have a clear focus on raising the standard of execution.
