Our client is seeking a Financial Assistant to support the day-to-day finance function within a dynamic and growing organisation. Reporting to the Financial Managers, you will play a key role in invoicing, reconciliations, bookkeeping, financial reporting support, and administrative financial processes.
This position is ideal for a detail-oriented finance professional who enjoys working in a structured environment while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders, suppliers, clients, and financial institutions to ensure smooth financial operations.

What You'll Do
- Process client invoicing and credit notes in multiple currencies
- Assist with creditor reconciliations and allocations
- Perform basic bookkeeping activities, including bank reconciliations
- Support monthly financial reporting processes
- Update expense reports, asset registers, and stock records
- Prepare documentation for banks and other institutions
- Assist with various finance and administrative tasks as required
- Ensure accuracy and compliance across financial records and transactions
What You Bring
- Matric certificate
- Minimum 3 years of relevant finance or bookkeeping experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Recent experience using Pastel or Sage Evolution
- Strong numerical and analytical abilities
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Reliable, honest, and professional approach
- Tertiary financial qualification advantageous
- Driver's licence and own transport advantageous
