We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Sourcing individual in our Centurion office, who thrives on connecting exceptional people with opportunities where they can truly shine.

In this role, you’ll act as both a strategic partner and a trusted advisor to clients, understanding not just the job spec, but the culture, ambition, and vision behind every hire. You’ll craft compelling narratives that attract top talent, source creatively across multiple channels, and guide candidates through a seamless, engaging experience from first conversation to offer.

POSITION INFO

  • You will be responsible for the full recruitment process.
  • Be comfortable with targets and talking to applicants in person as well as virtually/telephonically.
  • Keeping client files up to date and organized.
  • Continuously improving the recruitment process / department.

External Recruitment Process

  • Sourcing of clients
  • Continuous growing/adding on current database
  • Creating and posting of adverts
  • Screening of applicants
  • Conducting interviews and selecting appropriate candidate according to client job specification
  • Performing reference checks
  • Creating candidate document pack to be sent to client (Updated and typed CV, Educational documents, Driver’s License, References, etc.)
  • Performing background, - educational, - financial checks, etc.
  • Liaising with clients and HR team
  • Regretting of applicants
  • Sourcing of applicants
  • Sending offer letters
  • Keeping vacancy report up to date
  • Following up with clients

Position Requirements

Formal Education & Certification

  • Matric
  • Diploma in relevant field would be advantageous
  • Interest in Recruitment

Knowledge & Experience

  • 1+ Years working experience in recruitment.
  • Basic MS Office experience / knowledge.
  • Placement partner software beneficial.
  • MIE knowledge would be beneficial.

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Comfortable with talking to higher management (CEO’s and Directors).
