Hospitality Facilities Manager required for a driven & dynamic company in JHB Central.

We’re on the hunt for a technically skilled, hands-on facilities & maintenance pro who knows how to keep a building running smoothly and residents

happy.

What You Need

  • Diploma/Degree in Facilities Management, Building Services or similar
  • Local SA citizens
  • 3–5 years’ facilities/maintenance experience within hospitality or property management space
  • Strong grasp of preventative maintenance, contractor coordination & compliance
  • Code 08 driver’s license
  • Must be willing to live on-site
  • Excellent people skills with a strong service + guest focus
  • Confident with Microsoft Office
