SUMMARY
The successful candidate will lead a team of Driver Trainers and oversee the training centre, ensuring compliance, high training standards, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support a team of Driver Trainers.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training centre.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve driver training programmes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant transport, safety, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor training effectiveness and maintain accurate training records.
- Identify skills gaps and implement development initiatives.
- Drive a culture of safety, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Prepare training reports and provide insights to management.
Minimum Requirements
- Proven experience in a Training Officer, Training Manager, Driver Trainer, Learning & Development, or similar role.
- Experience within the transport, logistics, fleet, or related industry would be advantageous.
- Strong understanding of training administration, skills development, and compliance requirements.
- Experience managing or leading a team.
- Excellent organisational, planning, and administrative skills.
- Strong analytical ability with excellent attention to detail.
- Confident communicator with strong coaching and mentoring skills.
- Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office.
